This weekend I was feeling up for a challenge. I cooked my pumpkin and am now the proud owner of 12 cups of fresh pumpkin puree. Let the baking begin :)
Wow! I am impressed. I taught an entire cooking class last week on pumpkin, but I only use the stuff out of the can. I am not nearly as cool or adventurous as you are!
