A quick ferry ride across the Hudson takes you to the land of refillable Diet Cokes. Holly, KC, Mel and I have taken a few trips to Jersey for PF Changs and Cheesecake Factory. It's a night of chain restaurants, free refills and talking until we get dirty looks from the staff asking us to leave. Sadly KC and Mel couldn't join us last night, but Holly and I had to take one more trip to Jersey. (I know this blog is turning into my "one more" and NYC food blog, and yes I know I'm not going to starve when I leave but sue me . . . I have some free time . . . and love food.)
It was the most gorgeous night. It reminded me why I could be a ferry boat driver! I almost stayed on the ferry to just go back and forth. And of course the view is SPECTACULAR! After dinner, Holly and I just stood there enjoying the view. I love this city.
