About a month ago I found out about a Paper Valentine Swap Magnolia Grace was putting together. I like to be crafty – let me back up and preface this by saying that I don’t think I am crafty. I just like to do creative things, which sometimes translates into more crafty things – making cards, wrapping presents in a fun way, etc. I scrapbooked in high school, but haven’t done that since study abroad in London. But I thought this swap looked like fun. I wanted to get valentines and making them would be fun. And buy fun, read: I got to go to Kate’s Paperie and Lee’s Art Shop and buy fun supplies.
Well during the Super Bowl (yes, I get the irony) I made my valentines. You may remember my inability to cut hearts. My favorites are the ribbon heart and the “mwah.”

And here are two adorable valentines I received from other amazingly talented and creative swappers. A library card! Too cute. You can see pictures of some of the other valentines from the swap here.

Happy Valentine’s Day!
