So the NBC’s Television Critics Association Press Tour was yesterday and today, so you know what that means – Scoop On The New Season!! I have dish on The Office and The Best Show on Television, Friday Night Lights! Consider yourself warned, spoilers ahead – nothing huge, but read at your own risk :)
THE OFFICE
- Rashida Jones, aka Karen Filipelli, will be back this fall. She will be in at least a few episodes in the beginning of the season. Dang her!
- Roy is gone – at least for the time being, since he’s been fired and is no longer dating Pam. However, he’s not dead and could possibly return at any time. Dang him!
- We will see more of Ryan this season. There will be great stuff between Michael and Ryan, now that Ryan’s the boss. But sadly for Kelly, things between her and Ryan are not going well. Less Kelly? Hallelujah!
- Jan really is moving into Michael’s condo.
- The first four episodes of the season will be an hour long.
- The season-three DVD drops Sept. 4, and there will be about five or six hours of extras on it.
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

Ok, so I thought this was music to my ears: "The first four episodes of the season will be an hour long."
BUT, any excitement over the Office was totally cast into oblivion over those FNL spoilers. Seriously. Can't. Breathe. Tim and Lyla?! That was my favorite! Murder? Shower scenes? New coach? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Michele, Michele, Michele - you will be wearing your t-shirt on FRIDAY nights! They moved the show to Friday at 9 p.m. Which I hate to say it, but that means it's becoming a tivo show - but you better belive I'll be watching it Saturday morning!
