Karen, Bryndee, Cassie and I trekked out to Newark – yes you read that right, not only did we get to go but we got to go to Jersey too. The show stars Sasha Cohen, but I think Karen was more excited when Jamie Sale and David Pelletier (the Canadian’s robbed of the Gold in SLC 2002) skated out.
Nude colored leotards. The tiger crawl. Cheesy music. It was all there.
Oh and this weekend I came home and looked on the DVR: The Cutting Edge, The Cutting Edge 2 and The Cutting Edge 3 (yup, 3). All three were on ABC Family this weekend, and yup my roommate did record them. I haven’t watched them yet, but I feel a marathon coming.

Ok, so maybe I totally made Kyle watch the Cutting Edge with me this weekend. And I'm down for watching 2 and 3!!
I am embarrassed to report that my husband and I actually watched all 3 this weekend!! The first one is a classic :) "Hey, there's only two things I do well, sweetheart, and skating's the other one!"
However, the other two were B-L-A-H. It's got that chick from the Disney channel on it and it is far from being a "classic." Thought I would warn you in advance!

"it's almost orgasmic." im sorry but that's the 1st quote that came to mind...a marathon, really? i am so jealous. in my gym tv watching (when im not watching espn) i did see commercials for the 3. i must admit i was intrigued, but vegas proved far too entertaining so i missed out. let me know though!
I didn't even know that 2 and 3 exsisted. Maybe I can redeem my Cutting Edge ignorance by saying that at least I own the first one.
