First Pool Day of the Summer

It's almost like I blog and the weather listens. This weekend was beautiful.

Saturday morning Caisa and I are sleeping in and at about 10:15am Shannan comes barging in the room.
"Get up! It's sunny. It's warm. The pool is open. You have 15 minutes to put your bathing suits on."
Groggy, asleep-ish and surprised, "Wait? What?"
"On my way home from the gym I checked the pool at Raintree. It's open. Put your bathing suit on."
Pool. Sun. Bathing suit. Saturday. It was all starting to register. I shook Caisa, "Come on. It's the first pool day of the year. Bathing suit time!"

Pool. Lunch and a DC run. Pool. Mani/Pedi. Cookies. Movie.

I forgot how fun Saturdays without school can be - especially in the summer. And I forgot how fantastic the people watching is at pools in Provo!
