You are the One I've Been Waiting for Today

What? You think I shouldn't have gone to Salt Lake two nights in a row? What? You think I should use my weeknights more productively. What? You think two concerts in two nights is a little excessive. Well, NO! You're wrong!

I found out about the Joshua Radin concert earlier this week and tried to find a friend to come with me. Luckily, I found someone as crazy as me - I convinced Miss Rachel while we were at the Jason Mraz concert. Best decision ever.

I love Joshua Radin. I love his "whisper rock." I love his curly hair. (Seriously, what is it about curly hair!) I love his babbling between songs. I love that he didn't really have a set list and just played. I love that Rachel had never even heard of him and quickly fell in love too.

Missy Higgins played too, and I was blown away by her talent.

They played all night - literally. I almost fell over from standing when we hit hour 4! Every time I remember I'm too old for general admission concerts - and yet I just can't stop myself they are so great.

Oh and I can also tell you that sleep is overrated. I am absolutely exhausted, but don't regret my decisions one bit. Stupid 8am classes.

AH! I am so jealous - I could have been there with you!

And Missy Higgins played too??? Oh, I hate my job just a little bit right now.

And randomly enough I was listening to Missy Higgins when I read your post. It was like she was mocking me for not going last night.

Tambourines are one thing, but guitars are another. Mark my words, I WILL marry a man who strums a six-string!

I'm looking forward to many more crazy concerts...
