Provo Sisters

I've decided that my absolute favorite sisters activity is mani/pedis. I kid you not, funniest thing ever. We sit there pampering ourselves, with magazines on our laps - open, but not read - chatting. No chatting is not the right word, screaming down the row of chairs at each other is more like it. I feel sorry for anyone else in the salon. It is the best hour of gossip, advice - solicited and un - and judgement ever. Holidays usually involve one mani/pedi trip, and now I've decided that trips to Provo should too.

My last two trips to Provo also included some flashbacks.

Sammy fed Caisa and me a delicious breakfast of waffles and chocolate milk at the Cannon.

And then I went back down for their last flag football game. Caisa and Shannan laughed at me last year, and boy oh boy was the drive down worth it to laugh at Shannan and Samantha this year. Samantha was hy.ster.i.cal. Apparently all season she had done basically nothing. This game she was on fire. She was catching everything that was thrown at her. She was pulling flags off like it was her job. But the best part, the best part, was her shock, awe and all out celebration after everything she did right. She was so proud of herself . . . it was hysterical. Good season ladies.

Oh and the both teams showed up wearing pink/red, which of course would be too confusing. So the sisters team starting trading shirts, putting undershirts on top and even taking the shirts right off their coaches . . . right on the field. So funny. And once again proving that we are speedy clothes taker offers. Classic.

And while Caisa (knee injury) and I weren't playing, we did help the team out by getting a Sideline Penalty. We really wanted to be included, and we're kind of loud :) Plus it was a really bad call!

Awww. I'm so jealous you live pseudo-near your sisters. PS. I've got two Provo brothers. I think we should arrange a marriage so that we can be related, but not really.
