I used to think that I couldn't find a pumpkin item I didn't like. Oh. I. Was. Wrong. While in Connecticut (and freezing) for work I was searching for a place to get soup for dinner when I drove past Balducci's. I used to love Balducci's in the city and quickly got excited. While shopping I came across a package of Pumpkin Spice Caramels. Thinking that pumpkin + caramel must equal divine I paid for these overpriced treats. The most disgusting thing I've ever tasted! So gross. So gross. Just typing this makes me think about how gross they were. Pumpkin gone wrong.

While I can appreciate pumpking chocholate chip bread and a few other things, I don't generally fall for anything with the word pumpkin and spike together. I feel like I'm eating a scented candle.
Aww that's disappointing. I too would have thought that they would have been tasty. Thanks for taking the fall for us!
