We sang at the top of our lungs in the car. Shopped, but resisted making purchases. I randomly ran into an old manager from the restaurant I worked at in high school now working at the Cheesecake Factory in Salt Lake. A fun, random surprise . . . and well our 2 hour wait quickly turned into about 15 minutes! Which means we had plenty of time for cheesecake. And my oh my what happens when you combine two of my favorite desserts - cheesecake and red velvet cake - deliciousness pretty darn close to perfection.
And then we went to Jordan Commons for Valentine's Day. Kind of an amazing cineplex. I almost felt like I was in a Vegas casino - and I loved the reserved seating - but the movie was just okay.
The evening was great. A wonderful Valentine's Day weekend with sisters I love.
